Acceptance of Terms

By using Teching UP services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree with any term, don't use our services.

Service Description

Teching UP offers digital marketing services including: paid traffic management, website and e-commerce development, marketing automation and CRM, social media management, tracking platform and dashboards (Teching OS).

Client Obligations

The client commits to: provide access to accounts and platforms necessary to deliver services, provide truthful and up-to-date information, approve creative materials before publication, maintain confidentiality about shared strategies and data.

Payment and Billing

Service fees are defined in a specific commercial proposal. Payment must be made under agreed terms. Paid media investment is billed separately and managed per client approval.

Intellectual Property

The source code of the Teching OS platform and dashboards is the exclusive property of Teching UP. Creatives and content produced during service delivery become client property after full payment. Methodologies, frameworks and processes are Teching UP property.

Termination

The contract may be terminated by either party with 30 days' prior notice. No lock-in penalty. Upon termination, the client retains access to data and reports generated during the contract term.

Liability Limitation

Teching UP does not guarantee specific results from advertising campaigns, as these depend on factors beyond our control. We commit to full transparency, best practices and continuous data-driven optimization.

Governing Jurisdiction

For resolving any disputes arising from these terms, the jurisdiction of São Paulo/SP, Brazil is elected, with exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be.
