Acceptance of Terms

These terms present general conditions for working with Teching UP. Specific proposals and contracts may supplement these rules and prevail regarding the scope, timing, price and responsibilities of each project.

Service Description

Teching UP provides paid acquisition and media, marketing automation and CRM, tracking and measurement services. Website and e-commerce projects may be delivered with specialist collaborators. The company also develops Sentinela, Gualdim and Áquila, which are contracted independently when applicable. The effective scope of each engagement is the one defined in its commercial proposal.

Client Obligations

The client commits to: provide access to accounts and platforms necessary to deliver services, provide truthful and up-to-date information, approve creative materials before publication, maintain confidentiality about shared strategies and data.

Payment and Billing

Service fees are defined in a specific commercial proposal. Payment must be made under agreed terms. Paid media investment is billed separately and managed per client approval.

Intellectual Property

The source code of the proprietary products Sentinela, Gualdim and Áquila belongs to Teching UP unless otherwise agreed by contract. Creatives and content produced during service delivery become client property after full payment, according to the agreed scope. Methodologies, frameworks and processes remain the property of Teching UP.

Termination

Term, notice, outstanding amounts and closing conditions follow the proposal or contract for each engagement. When there is no specific rule, the parties should organize the closing in good faith, including agreed deliverables and the appropriate handling of any data involved.

Liability Limitation

Teching UP does not guarantee specific results from advertising campaigns, as these depend on factors beyond our control. We commit to full transparency, best practices and continuous data-driven optimization.

Governing Jurisdiction

Any dispute will be handled under Brazilian law, the applicable contract and mandatory jurisdiction rules.
